As a teacher, you can use Gradelink to:

• Enter and update grades throughout the year

• Record key student information

• Communicate with parents and students when needed

3CX is the official phone system used at Al-Huda Global School for school-related communication with students and parents.

Staff can use 3CX to:

• Call parents and students directly

• Maintain privacy while communicating professionally

• Stay connected through voice, chat, and video features

Web Client: Your Communication Hub

In 3CX, the Web Client is your central hub for all communication. From here, you can make calls, chat, video conference, and more—all in just a few clicks.

To get started:

2. Log in using your extension

   • Your password and PIN are provided in the 3CX welcome email

   • To check your voicemail, dial 999

Using 3CX on Your Mobile Device

Stay connected while on the go by using the 3CX Mobile App.

1. Download the 3CX app from the App Store or Google Play

2. Open your Web Client, click on your avatar, and select “Scan QR Code” to provision your app

At Al-Huda Global School, staff use Google Workspace to:
